Irish Fish Canners nominated for prestigious national award

first_imgDungloe based business Irish Fish Canners have been nominated for the ‘Green Seafood Business Awards’ alongside three other seafood companies in Clare, Cork, and Waterford.The awards, sponsored by BIM, will be announced at a lavish ceremony in the Clayton Hotel in Dublin on the 21st of February.The Green Awards aim to highlight the outstanding effort of local companies to reduce their carbon footprint by decreasing their energy and water consumption, and practicing careful waste prevention management.
